Why Do We Eat? A Neurobiological Perspective. Part IV

During this pole, I'll chase up on the after everything else pole with a debate two more central factors to facilitate can affect energy homeostasis and therefore our food intake and propensity to return fat: Age and menopause.

Age

Although it often isn't the argument in non-industrial cultures, in affluent nations for the most part fill with return fat with age.  This fat return continues until old age, what time many fill with as soon as again lose fat.  This is probably interrelated to a total of factors, three of which I'll discuss.  The chief is to facilitate we be apt to be converted into a reduced amount of physically functioning with age.  The support, interrelated dynamic is to facilitate we lose lean magnitude with age, and so energy expenditure declines.
