Salt Sugar Fat

I'd truly like to plunk in a quick word representing a hardback to facilitate will be released tomorrow, patrician Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us, by Pulitzer prize-winning author Michael Moss.  This is along the same appearance as Dr. David Kessler's hardback The End of Overeating, which explains how the food industry uses food reward, palatability, and food cues to get the most out of sales-- and as an unintentional characteristic effect, get the most out of our waistlines.   Judging by Moss's contemporary article in New York Times Magazine, which I highly propose recital, the hardback will be outstanding.  I've pre-ordered it.
