NEW YORK) -- Most parents have to hang about until their youngster comes into the world to view what you seem like, but new technologies are letting parents create 3-D styles of their son or daughter’s face, no labor required.

Asia company Fasotec developed technology that uses ultrasound scans as well as a 3-D printer to generate a life size mold of your fetus’face according to ABC News affiliate WJBF-TV in Augusta, Ga.

“What’s amazing about this technology are if … you need to do a scanning, we could make whatever influences scanning screen, ” said Kinoshita.

3-D printers have increasingly been used in the healthcare industry. Recently doctors could print a custom replacement jaw for a woman in the Netherlands from the 3-D printer.

The brand new technology might be impressive, however it is not cheap. Purchasing a mold of your child before they're born cost approximately $500 per model, more than your average snapshot.
