Inspiring stories are told through Gymtopia like this one in Brazil

Inspiring stories are told through Gymtopia like this one in Brazil

A fresh initiative has been launched to bring together insight, inspiration and stories from your physical fitness and health industry - for the exact purpose of encouraging gyms and their members to have a wider reaching social impact.

A digital storytelling platform was created by Ray Algar of Oxygen Consulting to capture the social impact of the projects operated by gyms and gym-goers worldwide. Inspiring stories of gyms doing social good in England, Denmark, Italy, Brazil and Canada happen to be published via Gymtopia.

The system encourages fitness centers to collaborate making use of their members and also other stakeholders in fundraising to create a positive social impact for the people in need. As a result, clubs may also enhance their image and reputation.

“ I Believe Gymtopia may help the global physical fitness and health industry to get in touch, engage and strengthen communities,“said Algar.

“This will require time, but this is a patent project having a long view. Connected, more engaged and stronger communities matter given that they are capable of doing amazing things plus it helps you to bring clubs and communities closer.“
